Peanut Butter Banana Muffins
I thought these muffins turned out very well, especially considering that I forgot to add the oats! I like the combo of peanut butter and bananas, and think the flavor came through just fine. I will keep this recipe in mind next time I have some over ripe bananas again.

Italian Wedding Soup I
Enjoyed this recipe, but combined it w/another on this site. It was the one that added the 3 eggs with 1 c. parm cheese mixed at the end, just bf serving. Also, I used 1/3c. small ring pasta,as that is what I had on hand. I sprinkled a bit of lemon pepper in at the end, too. I will make this again, and may add a can of white beans, just to give it more bulk as the winter descends upon us!Bon Apetite!

Beef Stroganoff III
This is very good, and I did make changes that were advised by other cook, i.e.,garlic, worchesteshire, mix the flour w/some broth prior to adding, and adding dark red wine at the end, just b/f mushrooms and sour cream. I didn't add sour cream, I used cream cheese and cream fraiche. This works so well if you are trying to "hold" this dish until guests arrive (in my case, husband!) I will provide a very easy recipe for cream fraiche that will keep for a month in the fridge. !/2 pint half'n'half, 1/2/pint whipping cream, 2T. buttermilk. Pour all together in jar and set out on counter 24hrs. It will thicken, then refrigerate and use as you would sour cream. It is excellent to use as a base for other sauces.
