Blackened Tuna Steaks with Mango Salsa
The salsa was beautiful and flavorful. The tuna was perfect. Some of the family said the tuna was a little spicy but the mangos cooled it down a bit. Yummy I will make this again.

Fresh Cherry Cobbler
Wonderful!! Instead of white sugar I substituted with about 3/4 splenda and 1/4 white sugar. Was great. Thanks

Apple Squares
This recipe is good. I used a 9x9 dish but doubled the recipe. I also added about 1/4 cup more apples (gala), I also used splenda (substituted it for half of all sugars it called for), bake for additional 5-8 mins. Toothpick was just gooey at the end of pick. All 6 of my family members LOVED this.
