cream of mushroom (with a little red wine added), instead of cream of chicken really improves this dish in my view.

definitely use olive oil instead of vegi oil. also, thanks to the commenter that suggested using a ziplock bag; worked great!!

the BBQ recipe is amazing! I really like this recipe all together, but I grill the ribs instead of broil.

great recipe! I make it often now, but use grape tomatoes instead of romas, nice olive oil instead of butter and omit the onions.
