Quiche Lorraine I

Excellent!! But I'm so glad other reviewers mentioned decreasing the amount of cream. I used 4 jumbo eggs & 1 cup cream and baked as directed and it came out perfectly in the time noted in the recipe. I did have to cover the crust with foil about 15 minutes into baking.

Apple Goat Cheese Bruschetta

Different, but the goat cheese didn't really melt well (despite leaving under the broiler a little longer) and there was nothing to hold the apples together so it was messy! I served this at a Christmas party of 25 and this was the only appetizer left.

Rossi's Sausage Gnocchi

Sorry, not a 5 star recipe. The sauce had an aftertaste and was too thick. I did use hot sausage which was a nice way to spice it up.
