My family is 100% European mutt but my dad loves to cook Asian style.
My cooking triumphs
Spaghetti, pot pie, eggplant parmesan, shrimp fettuccine alfedro, margharita pizza, baked ziti, there really is no limit to what I can make, I think new challenges are the most fun!
My cooking tragedies
Coconut shrimp(the coating would not stick!) and a 'hamburger-veggie soup' without a recipe, it was a disaster!

Bratwurst, Sauerkraut and Bean Casserole
I thought this recipe was pretty good. As suggested I simmered the brats in beer with some onions before baking it. I accidentally bought too much baked beans and too little sauerkraut but it actually turned out pretty good. Especially fresh and hot right out of the oven.

Spicy Garlic Salmon
I thought this was very tasty, I would have made it a little more spicy, but that's just my taste. Very good hot out of the oven.
