Very good flavor. Texture is best fresh.

I made this for St. Patties tonight. Cut the recipe in half and still had more than enough for a family of 4. This stuff is moist in the center and crisp and flaky on the outside. It had the delicate flavor of a country fair scone. I used powdered buttermilk and butter instead of margarine and it still turned out fantastic. I would definitely make it again.

Tasty. The oatmeal makes them moist and chewy - not overly sweet. Nice! I use two cups of blueberries, lemon zest and sprinkled a pinch of cinnamon sugar over each muffin before baking.
