Lemon Curd
I used this as my filling on a white cake. I didn't like the lemon filling recipe that I tried. This was so yummy.

Sugar Cookie Icing
As with other reviewers I had a tough time with the consistency so I worked with small batches and frequently warmed icing up in the microwave for 5 seconds or so just to resofen it. It worked great for me, loved the look and taste on my cookies.

Mrs. Sigg's Snickerdoodles
We loved this recipe. The strong cinnamon flavor is great. I think though if I make it for a large gathering we will use 2T sugar to 1t cinnamon as not all people love a super strong cinnamon flavor. Texture is great. My oven is wacky so it was closer to 10minutes for me on the cooking time.
