Really good recipe. I made enough for lunches for the week. The ingredients are so inexpensive and goes a long way. It's healthy too so I will definitely be making this again.

These are excellent muffins. I only used a tbl of butter in the topping and made it just a dusting to add extra sweetness. They still tasted great.

Oven Brown Rice

Excellent recipe. I used dill in mine as someone suggested,as well as olive oil instead of butter and it came out wonderful. This will be the recipe I will use for cooking brown rice from now on. And its healthy to boot..

Yummy Honey Chicken Kabobs

My boyfriend and I thought these were great. Very tender and moist. I marinaded it for about 4 hours and there was plenty of flavor. I used sliced zucchini and squash for veg's .. very delicious.

This minestrone is delicious. I didnt have any zucchini so I added more spinach. Also, after sautee'ing the vegetables, I cooked this soup in a crock pot on high for 4 hours. Its very flavorful.

Chicken Pesto a la Lisa

This was awesome. I made it for my boyfriend and he loved it. It was restaurant quality. I omitted sun dried tomatoes and pine nuts. Instead of pine nuts I chopped up a couple of walnuts. So good!
