Creamy Chicken Lasagna
I would give this a 5-star but I modified it too much. But..my modifications were awesome. I used fully cooked spicy chicken sausages w/peppers instead of plain chicken breast, onions, and used chedder cheese because I was out of mozzarella. Also added some garlic,1/3 fat cream cheese and chicken broth. One of the best lasagna's on here

The Best Bean and Ham Soup
Would've given this a 5 but I modified it too much, so that wouldn't be fair. I used 5 cans of great northern beans-replaced the carrots/celery with what I had on hand which was broccoli. I was nervous about that but the whole family loved it. Used one can of tomatoes w/green chilis- 2 cans chix broth & 1 can vegi broth-added garlic powder-cut back on the salt as I used a smoked ham. Kept everything else pretty much the same-I never follow a recipe to the T. And last but not least, I added a ton of Franks Red Hot Sauce which I believe is what made this for me. Awesome!

Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff
Wow!! This is pretty good. I'm giving it four stars because it needed a bit of salt for my taste. I don't care what kind of "fat free" ingredients you substitute in this recipe, it is still not going to be healthy...so....I would eat this only occastionally. It is super rich, creamy and fattening, but yummy :)
