Turtle Cake I
I made this for my 7th grade class. If you have ever been around junior high students, then you know that don't like anything even when they really love it! However this recipe is so good, even they verbalized they "loved it". One girl said, "If you were my mom, I would be fat!", the ultimate compliment.

Double Chocolate Crumble Bars
Pretty good, but not excellent. I brought it to a family gathering and the kids really liked them. I don't know why the recipe has the name "Crumble" in it, they are more crispy than crumbly.

Tortellini Pesto Salad
After making homemade basil pesto, I was looking for a quick and easy recipe to use it in...found one! I didn't add broccoli or spinach. I did reduce the amount of milk and mayo it called for. And instead of waiting for an hour, I had it for a main dish while it was still warm...very good.
