I'm not a very good cook, in fact I don't really like to cook. But I do like to eat and so do the other members of my family so to the stove I go. My favorite thing to make are chocolate chip cookies.

Baked Havarti Chicken
Eh. Just "eh". First off, I think that doing chicken breasts are difficult because they can be pretty bland. Yes, I used the cheese and chilis but I didn't think that they all blended well with the chicken. It still tasted like chicken...which is only OK.

Baked Haddock
Why 5 stars? Because #1 I don't really care for fish ergo, I usually don't cook it. And #2 my children actually ate the fish. All in all, a recipe worth repeating!

Creamy Pesto Shrimp
Please note that the only reason I'm giving this recipe 4 stars instead of 5 is because I put out the vote to my four picky eaters. This recipe passed with a pretty good margin with my children. Add to the fact that I am a mediocre cook and this dish STILL came out good. Well, you just can't beat that!
