Barbeque Chicken
Great flavor! Tangy (from the vinegar) and sweet, the way I like it. It did end up being a little thin, but I used it as a marinade (overnight) so the chicken was still flavorful. Then I grilled it instead of baking it in the oven. Tasted great! The only change I will make next time is reducing the water to 2 tablespoons. Thanks for the EASY recipe!

Orange Island Chicken
AWESOME marinade!!! Love to orange/ginger combination. Great way to add flavor to a standard meal of chicken, veggies, and rice. I didn't bread it or fry it because I wanted to keep it healthy.

Dark Chocolate Cake II
This recipe is a good place to start, but it's not chocolatey enough for me even though I added the extra cocoa (1 full cup) and 2 extra tablespoons sugar as mentioned by someone else. I LOVE how the coffee brings out the chocolate flavor that is there though. I also noticed that it was a little bit dry, but I may have just baked it too long (new oven, still practicing). I will make it again with a bit more cocoa, sugar, veg oil, and a shorter cooking time.
