Quick and Easy Pimento Cheese
I've tried lots of recipes, but this one is closest to the best! I replaced one cup of the Colby cheese with one cup of Monterrey Jack w/ jalapenos in it. It gave it a great little spicy kick. Great with baguette slices!

Brown Sugar Smokies
I loved these little treats, and they were a big hit at Superbowl parties. I add a little larger than a sliver of jalapeno or serrano to the wrap. Gives it a little extra spicy kick to go with the sweetness!
