Potato Chip Cookies III
My family loved these. I just used butter instead of shortening. My only complaint is that they really stuck to the pan, but that could have been operator error. Delicious!!

Marshmallow Fondant
I LOVE this recipe! It tastes wonderful and colors well. I'm not very good at using it yet, so I spend a lot of time scraping it off my counter, but the end product is worth the effort! I don't make any changes, although I would love to know how to make it a little thinner during the mixing process. It actually ruined my stand mixer because of it's thickness.

Soda Pretzels
My daughter and I made this for a little snow day fun. They are easy and yummy. We didn't have wheat flour or buttermilk so I had to substitute since a trip to the store wasn't an option. I thought they still great. We out some of them around hot dogs that we cut in half to see how they would turn out and they were delicious!
