This was very good. I used 7 chicken thighs instead, and cooked for about 3 hours.

This was very good. I've always though that banana bread would be hard to make, but this recipe was rather quick and easy. I did add some vanilla, cinnamon and pecans to the batter (put amount according to your tasting) and I doubled the topping and also adding pecans. I will make this again...ooh, I used an extra banana.

This was really good. I followed the recipe, but I added an exra tablespoon of heavy cream and I doubled my topping so that it would be enough to spread over the whole dish.
