Festive Cranberry Salad
Very good. I would definitely take it out of the freezer 10-15 minutes before serving. I prefer mine a little softer. VERY easy recipe.

Bean Quesadillas
Tastes Great! I didn't fry in oil only used nonstick frying pan and browned both sides. I also used wheat tortillas and it still tasted great.
