This is really a good recipe. The mixture of coconut milk, sherry and curry powder really made this so very tasty and special. I used a lot of onions and green peppers which helped accent the flavor. Omitted the peanut butter which was a personal choice. Slowed cooked all of the ingredients after browning and sauteeing. And my family absolutely loved it.

Hot Chocolate

I made this because I really wanted some hot chocolate and we were out. We were also out of regular milk, so I used dry milk. After cooking, and looking at it(it had lumps), I balled up the recipe and threw it in the garabage. I decided to taste it anyway after stirring it more(it works with chocolate chips too), and the taste was truly delightful! I was really surprised! So, I came upstairs and reprinted this recipe.This was very good! Thanks for the warning about the lumps. I will do better next time!

Red Salmon Pate

Excellent! I used the liquid smoke and it was totally awesome. I also tried this recipe using canned mackeral, my mother enyoyed it better than the salmon??!! Great recipe!

French Apple Bread Pudding

Very good! I really liked using the sweetened condensed milk. The ultimate topper was using a lemon sauce. YUMMY!

Nutty Apple Crisp

This was very good. I would have liked it better if there were a good piecrust for the bottom. Then it would be a very, very good apple pie. I must try it!

BBQ Chicken Pizza I

This was the first time I've made homemade pizza and this was totally awesome! My family loved it! I didn't have cilantro, but used Italian herb seasoning instead and skipped the molasses and used a six cheese mixture that includes jalapeno's. Awwwwhhhh!

Crisp Oatmeal Cookies

These cookies were sooooooooo good! I have been searching for a crispy oatmeal cookie recipe and this is it. My family loves them! I've made 3 batches within this week alone!
