Banana Bread VIII
So delicious. I added 1/2 cup sour cream at the same time as the mashed banana, and it made the bread even more moist (if possible). Everyone loved this.

Bacon Cheese Puffs
These were good, but very heavy and greasy. I served them for guests on a Football Sunday, they all seemed to like them but they sat heavy afterwards. Probably will not do them again.

Garlic Cheese Chicken Rollups
This was a great/easy recipe. I actually would rate this a 4.5 star. I used Alloutte Garlic and Cheese Spread for the filling and it was easier than making your own spread. Not very complex, but the flavor is great and it is something new. I am going to try to make ahead and freeze these.
