we have 6 kids plus me and my husband so we x5 the recipe and used a 1/3 cp measuring cup to pour out batter. We had 4 griddles going to make quick work of breakfast. It made enough pancakes for 2 meals for everyone. Everyone RAVED over how good they were. we added blueberries, choc chips, apples, fresh picked blackberries (on the griddle) so everyone could have there favorite. These were super great, super easy we did take the liquid ingrediants out of the fridge 30 min before mixing as suggested. We will be using this over the baking mix ones we used prior. YUMMY
