African Chicken Stew
I really enjoy this recipe, and I make it all the time, now. It's only turned out badly for me once, and that was the time I steamed chicken legs instead of frying them, first. When I precooked the chicken this way, the dish came out too watery.
I have also experimented with the recipe, and have used sweet potatos and carrots in lieu of the potato. It turned out well, but I prefer regular potatos.
The stew also went over very well at a potluck dinner, and I had requests for the recipe.
