Chocolate Mint Mayonnaise Cake
The mint layer is great! I used store-bought frosting. The cake was a bit dry - I might try adding a bit of oil to the recipe next time.

Naan
Very good flavor. I cooked it on a griddle but high heat was way too high - medium was better. The directions do not state this but you need to roll it quite thin in order to achieve the naan-like shape/size I'm familiar with from Indian restaurants. I'll definitely keep trying this one!
