Deep Fried French Toast
I had never heard of this before. Being from the south and loving everything from a fried variety- I had to try it. It is DELICIOUS!!! A great crispy outside with a nice french toast-soft inside. I sprinkle with a little powdered sugar and throw on some syrup and its just DELICIOUS!!!!

Ranch Burgers
All I can say is WOW! I saw these on the front page and thought it was a good way to spice up boring hamburgers. I made them for dinner tonight and they were AWESOME. I love the flavors and the way they blend together. We dressed them like we would normal burgers and the flavor was intense! We will definitely be putting these babies into circulation here at our house! They're too good not to! ***UPDATE*** I made these for when my mom came down. Everyone LOVED them! The raw onions bring out an a certain flavor with the ranch dressing packets. Also, I use the eggs because it keeps the meat moist. That's what everyone loved about these burgers is that off the grill, they were still moist for being so THICK! Wonderful Recipe!!!!

Broccoli Chicken Casserole I
I also make a version of this recipe. Instead of using mayonaise, I use Miracle whip to give it that extra twang and also add a little bit of lemon juice. Instead of using dry stuffing I use crumbled Ritz crackers, which I don't like Ritz crackers personally, but they really don't taste the same when used like this. At first, while a girl in my home-ec class was making this, I was thinking... That's interesting... but using her receipe, it is really good and not bland at all! My husband and i enjoy it as well as our family when they come over for dinner!
