I'm a Vermont teen who loves to cook wacky and delicious concoctions. I love to photograph, draw, paint, and be out with nature. My best friend happens to be a dog. I love the band The Horse Flies. Some other interests are in yellow umbrellas, violin, french, beat poetry, trees, sunrises, drawing mushrooms, and the scientific analysis of puddle jumping.
My favorite things to cook
First of all, I believe that healthy, homemade food makes your body and your mind happy. Healthy living rocks. Eat lots of organic and local foods! I love faux-meats, especially saitan, tofu, and types of fungus. I love to utilise those in asian cooking, especially stir-fry.
I love to bake. The more chocolate the better. To me there is nothing better than a warm cookie, except perhaps two warm cookies. Or three. Or a whole batch.

I'm really not sure we have any, although both of my grandmothers (and my parents, actually) are terrific cooks.
