Quinoa with Sweet Potato and Mushrooms
I liked this recipe very much. I used portobello mushrooms because that is what I had in the fridge. I'll make this again.

Lemon-Thyme Cornish Hens
Very good. I put the hens in a crockpot. They turned out tender and delicious. I strained and thickened the broth with a little cornstarch.

Crispy Turnip 'Fries'
The spices were good but I didn't like the turnips very much at all. I'll still eat the leftovers. I prefer raw turnips with salt.
