Banana Banana Bread
Good recipe, but it did get a little brown on the outside. Next time I may cover the top with foil for the 2nd half of baking. Also the vanilla and cinnamon or cardamom add an extra boost for those who like richer food, but without it's good too and is a hit with kids who prefer more bland foods.
