Citrus Glaze
This was fabulous! I was doing a "dinner in a hurry" and used fresh OJ, but botteled Lemon & Lime juices. I added a little orange zest to brighten the flavor and a bit of ginger for kick. And I thickened with a little corn starch. My hubby and I both loved it and I will be making this regularly.

Banana Banana Bread
Good recipe, but it did get a little brown on the outside. Next time I may cover the top with foil for the 2nd half of baking. Also the vanilla and cinnamon or cardamom add an extra boost for those who like richer food, but without it's good too and is a hit with kids who prefer more bland foods.

Asian Orange Chicken
Loved it! I've made this twice so far- once with tofu and it picked up the flavor so well even my picky husband liked it. The whole amount of red pepper is necessary to counter the tangy ness of the vinegar and juices.
