Byrdhouse Spicy Chicken and Peaches
PERFECT amount of spice-to-sweet, even for someone like me who doesn't like spicy! Used the reserved peach juice instead of OJ since that's what we had, and that turned out just as yummy!

Honey-Dijon Chicken
Deliciously moist, lots of compliments! I added extra honey, and used "hot" mustard, but turned out great!

Soft Christmas Cookies
I added a tablespoon of Myers Rum with the vanilla... Best. Cookies. EVER.
