Baby Back Ribs
The meat literally fell right off the bones. I had no idea how to make ribs before. People told me you needed to boil them 1st. What a pain that would be. This worked out perfectly. Next time... I will use a pork spice rub & I will wait to put the BBQ sauce on until I open up the foil packets. Then I will throw them on the grill for 15-20 minutes. No mess:) YUM!

Balsamic Chicken and Fresh Mozzarella
I absolutely love this recipe. Everytime I have guests over that I wwould like to impress... I make this. It just melts in your mouth. You difinately need to marinate the chicken for at least 12 hours.
