i used 2 squares of bittersweet and it was a good chocolate flavor. I also made one loaf and 12 cupcakes. When I shredded my zucchini it seemed watery and therefore I squeezed out a little of the water. I used silvered almonds and just smashed them alittle, loved it. This is a great recipe and worth trying, you will use again and again.

After browning the beef,onions and garlic I used the crock pot to do the rest and it was fabulous! I can't compliment the recipe enough. I did not change anything except I did not have enough catsup and it was not missed.

I made this following the recipe exactly as written and it was wonderful. Everyone loved it as a wing dip.Easy and delicious, can't beat that!
