Baked Buffalo Wings
These are amazing Buffalo wings, baked not fried. I followed others suggestions and blotted the wings well before flouring them. I cooked them on a cookie cooling rack over a jelly roll pan. Spray the rack well with cooking spray so the wings don't stick. I flipped them half way through the cooking time. We like our wings spicy, so I used just a quarter cup of butter. Next time I may use less. I shook the baked wings in the hot sauce/butter mix. They were delicious, not greasy at all, and are now a Sunday staple!
