Mulligatawny Soup I
This is one of the most amazing tasting soups I have ever had! I have never been fond of yellow curry, but since my husband and son enjoy it, I decided to give this recipe a try. Since I did not have quite enough yellow curry powder, I added red curry powder as well. Everyone wanted seconds and even thirds! The next day, one of my daughter-in-laws and one of my grandkids - who is a very picky eater - stopped by and my granddaughter loved it. She wanted her mom to get the recipe. This is quickly becoming a family favorite!
