Curry Pumpkin Soup
I added cut up baked chicken and a can of pinto beans to add some protein and make it an entree. Had company for dinner and it was a big hit! Will definitely make this again!

Double Tomato Bruschetta
We made 5 times the recipe to serve 50 people and we ran out! Everyone raved that this was the best bruschetta they had ever tasted. The only change we made, was to double the balsamic vinegar.

Mulligatawny Soup I
This is one of the most amazing tasting soups I have ever had! I have never been fond of yellow curry, but since my husband and son enjoy it, I decided to give this recipe a try. Since I did not have quite enough yellow curry powder, I added red curry powder as well. Everyone wanted seconds and even thirds! The next day, one of my daughter-in-laws and one of my grandkids - who is a very picky eater - stopped by and my granddaughter loved it. She wanted her mom to get the recipe. This is quickly becoming a family favorite!
