Very quick and delicious. I made 1 substitution--frozen shredded potatoes instead of fresh, and left out the green onions. Even the leftovers were good when reheated.

Very good fudgy frosting, easy to make. But definitely have to WAIT for it to set before spreading or it will spread too much

Great dish, but the directions were not complete. Ingredient lists melted butter, but the directions don't tell what to do with it. I'm not good at 'guessing' about recipes, but had to in this case. It turned out great but i'd love to know what the creator intended. Really easy and delicious.
