Stuffed Zucchini I
Very good recipe, but it definitely needs something extra - I added garlic salt the second time I made it and it was a huge improvement! Also, I needed 3 eggs instead of 2.

Baked Salmon II
Great and easy recipe....I followed one of the suggestions and put lemon slices over the salmon before sealing the foil pouch, and it came out light and citrusy! Also added fresh dill to the marinade. Tasty recipe for baked salmon, the best I've come across yet!

Spinach and Sun-Dried Tomato Pasta
This was delicious....a definite "comfort meal!" Full, flavorful, and easy....the perfect combo. I added a bit of cream and cornstarch to the sauce, just to thicken it up a bit, but otherwise stuck to the recipe exactly. Highly recommended!
