Pico de Gallo Chicken Quesadillas

I have made this several times and it is always a hit. I always brown ground meat first and season it up with seasoned salt pepper and garlic powder. I also add a little more cream of chicken soup and onion than called for.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars II

Lemon Raspberry White Chocolate Mousse Cake

This was a nice dessert and not too hard to make. I took other cooks advice and added a box of instant white chocolate pudding to mousse and this worked out well. I will make this again

Salsa Chicken Burrito Filling

Moms Goulash in the Microwave

This is an excellent recipe. I did mine on the stovetop instead of microwave which worked out well also. I have been asking my husbands family for this recipe for a long time, and now no thanks to them I have it. Awesome
