Roasted New Red Potatoes
This recipe is great and super easy. Even my 11 y.o. who hates trying new things loved this. He ate 1/2 the bowl... Since we often like things to have a little kick, I have sprinkled the potatoes with seasoning I bought from Red Robin restaurant.
