Rainbow Pasta Salad II
I give this recipe 4 stars. It is tasty and so quick and easy to make. I have made it according to the recipe and also made it with sliced olives. Both versions were yummy! Taken to several potlucks and received great comments.

Slow Cooker Chicken Cacciatore
Very good and so easy! Put it in the crockpot before leaving for work and when I get home it is ready . . . love that! I made a couple changes . . . instead of green pepper I added red pepper (only one) and added jared mushrooms because I did not have fresh mushrooms. My family likes lots of sauce, so I think next time I will add another jar of sauce.
