Big Soft Ginger Cookies
I used orange juice instead of water, as others suggested. It definitely helps to chill the dough before rolling. These cookies were delicious and didn't last long in my house.

Sherbet Shower Surprise
This recipe looks delicious, but I'm surprised it turned up in a search of recipes for diabetics. Just thought I'd drop a note that this is not a good drink to serve if you're looking to make something for diabetic guests. Thanks!
