Cola Chops
I wasn't sure how this one would turn out. I don't cook with soft drinks too often. However, it smelled wonderful while it cooked and was really easy to make. It was a hit with all my boys.

Fabulous Fajitas
This recipe was fantastic. I tailored it to meet my family's likes - we did without the peppers. I also added pico de gallo (fresh) and black beans. Topped it off with sour cream. Filling and yummy!

Caramel Bread Pudding
This recipe was really good and really easy. I added chocolate chips. This made it extra sweet - but my Dad and Grandmother loved it.
