Winter Fruit Salad with Lemon Poppyseed Dressing

Simply delicious. I have made this recipe with swiss cheese and blue cheese and have decided that I liked the blue cheese better. Either way it is a great recipe!

Garlic Prime Rib

Outstanding! I also made this for Easter tonight and it was delicious. Best prime rib I have ever made. I also had to cook it much longer since I was preparing a very large prime rib. It was worth the wait!
