Roast Pork with Maple and Mustard Glaze
I took the advice of others and basted my pork roast every 20 minutes. I made another batch of the "glaze" 1/2 way during cooking time b/c I was scared all the glaze was evaporating....I'm glad I did b/c we had plenty to pour over rice which was excellent. Will make again. Thanks!

Teriyaki Pork Tenderloin
This recipe turned out very good....I just couldn't give it a 5 b/c it didn't knock my socks off...altho it was SUPER EASY. My husband really thought it was good....I will make again and will probably make more marinade to bake it in and to dip it in while eating b/c we like sauce!

Refried Beans Without the Refry
Fixed these for a party tonight....followed recipe to a T...LOVED them and got many compliments and requests for recipe! These were SIMPLE and GREAT TASTING! Some even commented these were better than the beans at our local (awesome) Mexican restaurant! These are def a keeper and I will make again! Thanks a lot!
