You won't find a better salad in a 4 star rest. Made this twice, once at a baby shower luncheon. Huge hit and nearly everyone left with a copy of recipe!

Very good, easy summer dish. I substituted salmon for the tuna and added some green onions. Kids loved it. Will definitely make again.

Triple Berry Crisp

Whole family loved it. I used 2 16oz packages of frozen blackberries. When I do that next time I will not add the crumble on the bottom. It was delicious and much better that traditional crust.

Fabulous flavor. I grilled it to med rare. Next time will make extra marinade and set aside. Warm and dip the thin sliced meat in before serving.

Luscious Spinach Artichoke Dip

I took this to a potluck and it disappeared. The dish was actually scraped clean. I used parmesean instead of romano. I also added a little monterey jack (1/2 cup) into the mix. I used crushed crotons as topping. It was delicious!

Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies

They should rename this cookie "Danger Cookies" because if they are in the house you will be in danger of eating too many. They were the wonderful. I cooked them only about 9 minutes. I used regular oats and added about 3/4 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips. Wow!
