Well I only used the measurements for guidance but it turned out wonderful. I hate "jelly roll-ing" dough. So I put my sugar and cinnamon into my dry mix.. I went a little heavy on both and I added about 2 tbl. of milk due to the additional dry mix. Then kneaded and rolled it and cut it into biscuits.. I brushed the tops with butter and used the icing like the recipe said.. The icing could have been halved though. It turned out wonderful!!

This recipe was very delicious. Quick and easy. The chicken was very moist and extremely flavorful. I did not use sesame seeds but I did add a 1/2 teaspoon of minced garlic. My only complaint was the excess of butter made it a little on the greasy side. Other than that it was great..

The dish definatly was a huge hit... all though next time I will not include the Coconut. My self as well as others agreed that the coconut does in fact add a good flavor... But the texture of Coconut just does not mesh well with the other ingrediants... Its kinda like all the other ingrediants are mushy goodness and the coconut is the sawdust...
