This needed more peaches than the recipe calls for. Instead of almond extract (I'm allergic) I added vanilla, cinnamon, a squeeze of orange juice and a bit of flour to the peaches. I made the crisp with half flour and half oatmeal, which I thought was great. Next time I will double the cinnamon and add half of the amount of sugar it called for--This was entirely too sweet.\

Quick Yeast Rolls

These are the best rolls I've ever made, and I know it has everything to do with the recipe. I loved that there was no kneading involved as that is my least favorite part of bread making. I only changed one small thing. I added a 1/4 c extra flour to make it easier to handle. I'll definitely by using this recipe again!!

Vanilla Pumpkin Pie

I love pumpkin, but don't like the very strong flavor of it in most pumpkin pies. This was perfect and will be my new recipe for every Thanksgiving!

Wonton Soup

The only things I changed was that I used chicken instead of pork because that's what I had in my freezer. This was so good and my husband and I had so much fun making them!! I had a feeling I would love it, so I made double the filling so I could feeze it and make them again another time (I didn't really want to sit around for hours making 200 wontons). I'm excited to thaw the filling out and make some more another time.

Pumpkin Roll Cake

I didn't have the correct size pan, so my roll was a little thin. Even so, it was still great. I also didn't use any nuts. Taste was fatastic, but due to the incorrect pan size, it cracked a bit. I'll have to try again with the right size pan. It was so good!

Ravishing Red Velvet Cake

Great Cake. I am notorious for over baking and it was still pretty moist and delicious! Instead of buying buttermilk, I added a tbs of vinegar to regular milkas. It worked out great. Also, instead of getting butter flavor, I used butter flavored shortening.
