Country Green Beans
I was looking for a way to doctor up some canned green beans. I took 2 large cans of green beans, kept everything else the same except doing 4 slices of bacon and adding the grease. They were awesome, will do again!

Baked Ziti I
I really liked this recipe, because I am not a huge fan of ricotta, but I appreciate its purpose! I did mix the sour cream with the pasta just for the ease of it and so it would mix well. This is a great recipe and I realized I need to start making it in a bigger pan!:)

No Bake Peanut Butter Pie
This was SO easy and everyone loved it! What I loved the most was that I had one to take to a party, and one for my family afterwards! Excellent pie!
