This recipe is good if you're looking for something quick and very easy. It probably doesn't need all the onion but it does have good flavor. I think next time I'd coat the entire top with tator tots...it kind of helps even out the mushiness. I'll probably make it again if I get in a crunch for time and ingredients.

These are great! If you're looking for something quick, tasty, and convenient this is the recipe for you! I made these to take to my mom's house for Thankgsgiving and just popped them in the fridge until I'm ready to re-heat (bake) later. I did try while still warm and they tasted great! Perfect as a side.

This was really good!! I got mad at my husband when he ate the rest of the leftovers. Haha! There was only my husband and I so we had enough for lunch for each of us for two days. Makes a lot! I'm making this again tonight.
