These brownies are so moist and yummy. The delicious icing adds an extra special topping to the moist cake-like brownies. It took my husband and I less than a week to finish off the whole pan. Before adding the zucchini, I thought that I must have forgotten something. The batter was so dry, but with all the positive reviews, I knew the recipe had to be correct. Thank you Marian.

This dessert was so easy to make. The filling is light and the strawberries add so much to the flavor. I used my homemade jam instead of the glaze and it turned out perfect. YUMMY!

This is the best and easiest recipe yet. I have made it three times and each time, it has turned out great. Everyone at our Thanksgiving dinner wanted the recipe. PS... I used the paper bag and cold water test.... no thermometer.
