Boilermaker Tailgate Chili

Excellent! I made this for 6 people, and there was so much of it I thought I'd have leftovers for a week. Not so! It was so good, it was gone after the game.

I made this with a pound of Ahi and left everything else the same - and it was amazing! A sure hit! I did sear the tuna before dicing it, but only because we had guests and children that may not have liked it raw. It was still delicious.

Soy Milk Pancakes

Great recipe. I ran out of milk and was thankful for this recipe as a substitution - Now I don't think I'll use milk ever again.

Firecracker Grilled Alaska Salmon

I loved this recipe and so did the boyfriend. I made it for Valentine's dinner and had left over marinade that I used on a couple of small lamb shanks. It all turned out great!
