I love baked goods... muffins, cookies, pancakes, brownies, biscuits, etc. Anything that has a simple ingredient list (not anything w/ already made mixes, like Bisquick) and stuff you can find around the house! Pancakes with chocolate chips and cinnamon sugar is my signature! Let's just say dough (kneading and amount of flour needed) is not my specialty...
