My hubby and I are expecting our first baby in March, so I'm trying to get a few good recipes under my belt before the little one comes. We love flavor! We love foods with herbs and veggies and onions-- ooh, and garlic! We also like to try new things, so every weekend I try to find one new recipe to try. So far, we've enjoyed them all! I'm a big fan of the slow cooker, because of it's convenience, but when I have time, I like to bake desserts! I'm a pretty good pie baker (though I'd much rather bake a batch of cookies.) My family never really cooked much. So I guess you can say that I'm a pioneer of sorts within the familial cooking tradition. My feta-bacon stuffed chicken turned out so good that I posted a photo! We also made a tremendous vegitarian lasagna that blew our friends away! Um, most of my cooking experiences for the first 26 years of my life....
