AMAZING!!! I added more spices (about double what it called for) and omitted the orange zest because didn't have any. I have 3 large bowls and 2 loaf pans to wash now, but it's TOTALLY WORTH IT! Delicious!

They taste great, but the shortbread disintegrated when I cut them!! Instead of making the caramel layer, I melted 43 Werther's soft caramels with 1/4 cup of whipping cream, 4 min on medium in the microwave and then stir until completely melted. Much easier and less chance of screwing it up.
