Easy and I love the idea of using sour cream rather than ricotta or cottage cheese!

Banana Chocolate Chip Dessert
I, like other reviewers cut down significantly on the amount of sugar used. I think the white sugar could be skipped altogether. Other than that, this is a AMAZING recipe. My husband and I could NOT stop eating these!

Empanadas
These are pretty good pastries. However, they are not authentic and do not taste like empanadas. There is definitely something missing.
